Concept: Atlanta-metro roofing homepage

Original WebSolNet concept for a roofing company in Atlanta metro, Georgia. Inspired by public issues on Public homepage of gaproofinginc.com (GA Roofing). We did not copy their branding or content. Phone numbers on the concept are 555 placeholders.

What we found on the original site

Checks run 2 September 2026 against https://gaproofinginc.com/. HTML was fetched with cURL; the screenshot was captured with Chrome headless (1280×900). PageSpeed Insights was rate-limited (HTTP 429), so we do not publish a performance score for this URL.

  • The document title and a visible H1 both read “Home Page For Ga Roofing” — not a service or city query.
  • A second H1 sits in the body, so the page has two H1s.
  • No meta description was present in the HTML we fetched.
  • No tel: links and no <form> on the homepage — the primary actions a storm-damage visitor needs are missing.
  • The body copy includes an off-topic “residential roofer cleveland oh” hyperlink in the Georgia service paragraph.
  • The fetch found zero <img> elements on the homepage.

What the concept changes

  • SEO. One H1 that names roof repair/replacement and Atlanta. Title and meta describe the same offer. The Cleveland, Ohio link is gone.
  • Conversions. Sticky click-to-call and a short estimate form on the homepage and a dedicated estimate page. The original homepage had neither a tel: link nor a form.
  • UX. Nav labels are “Roofing,” “Storm damage,” and “Get estimate” instead of “Home Page For Ga Roofing” repeated in the menu.
  • Proof & a11y. A single <main> landmark, labeled fields, and a compressed hero image with width, height, and alt text (the original homepage had no images).

Lab-verified markup comparison

Before values are from the public HTML fetch. After values are from the concept pages on this site (also HTML-checked). No lead, ranking, or revenue numbers.
